I am having the same problem with the cover letter (not the subsequent pages).  It's so frustrating.  I feel like I've tried everything.  My husband and I work together and he is NOT having this problem.  So I started to think that it was my computer until I came here to see others having the same issue! Has anyone from Intuit addressed this?  If so, I can't find it.
