How do i report United Nations pension in Proseries with no EIN? I only have a letter from the UN  showing the (1) lump sum for half of the pension and (2) the amount of monthly pension benefits for the other half of the pension. It also includes employee contribution and health plan deduction. Your feedback is appreciated.
