I set up federal estimated quarterly tax payments in the ES Worksheet. When I e-file the return, do I have to do anything else for the quarterly estimates to be paid?

I was told by the ProSeries Help Desk that I would have to go into the return each quarter to initiate each quarterly estimated tax payment. That doesn't seem correct to me. Is it?

For the federal you shouldn't have to do that but I believe there are some states that require it.
