I filed one with 4136 last evening before I left the office and it was rejected again. The forms availability site shows it's ready for e-file but I can't get them to accept. PS doesn't show any error messages so I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Same with Form 172 - shows ready for e-file but in this case even the software final review shows it's not. 

If I weren't too old to think about switching software I'd be gone. It's the only software I've ever used for taxes and I will encourage my successor(s) to look around.
