AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO IS GETTING UPSET WITH THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY PROSERIES.

WHEN PROBLEMS ARE NOTED IN USING THE SOFTWARE THEY EXPECT US TO USE WORK AROUNDS INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROGRAM ISSUES.

BIGGEST ISSUE IS CURRENTLY WITH THE FORM 8825 FOR BOTH S CORPS AND PARTNERSHIPS OTHER DEDCTIONS

Well, sometimes you can either use a work around and finish up a return or wait two or more weeks for them to fix the issue.  I'll take a work around anytime it's available.
