Just called customer service.  They indicated no resolution on the 4136 issue until March 6.  So looks like will have to paper file returns and possibly pay tax through EFPTS or other online method.  And if set up auto debit and unable to cancel, then risk a double payment.  I tell you, this is unaccepable for the cost we pay for this software.
