Thats an option in Tools> Options > Firm/Preparer Info, theres a checkbox to Print name in signature area.

FWIW The tax agencies accept a type written "signature" for us, for paper filed returns I generally wet sign my name along side the printed name, but just in case I ever forget, an acceptable type written name is already there.
