Efile 1040-ES

I checked the boxes on the voucher screen for electronic withdrawal. But when I go to efile they don't show up.

I never efiled estimated federal taxes before but when you do states, each voucher shows up to be efiled.

The federal ones go with the 1040. No separate efiling. Some states work this way, too.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
