I spoke with someone today.  They tried everything with my computer, even uninstalling and reinstalling the program.  Nothing worked.  They escalated it and it was finally found out that the form is not final yet and they do not have a date.  That is why there is no new date.  Bad job by them, but maybe if we are lucky it will be with this weeks updates...
