Where do you see the release date?
When I click on the provided link (https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?product=PROSERIES&bu=PRO...) and ask about 1120S and TX-Texas I get the following "Federal 1120S filers would use TXC to file their Franchise Tax Report."
