We have almost 3 feet here where I am in NYS, and it's still coming down lol. PA usually gets more than us, but the winds here are crazy. Stay safe!
I think I will put a call into customer support. They may not be aware of the issue that needs to be fixed. I thought posting here usually works, and I've always gotten good advice from posting here. If I'm checking everything I should, and still having issues, it might be a program issue they may need to "patch".
As far as Mr. Kamman, you are giving him too much credit. He was being snarky to me, and NYers. He specifically mentioned how we "demand" the program be ready by mid-February, and then "we" expect it not to have errors. That was in response to me questioning why the letter gave two different instructions. NY DOR had nothing to do with my question or his response. I know all I need to know about him by his reply. I choose not to deal with people like that. Life is too short, and tax season is too crazy. However, I do appreciate people like you that take the time to give helpful advice and possible solutions. Thank you for that.
