I am not 100% sure of your situation, but wonder if your issue is that the filing does not have any income on page 1 of the Form 1065, Form 8825 or Schedule F?  If no amounts of income are entered on those forms, an error would be produced. Try entering a zero on the Form 1065, page 1, line 1 if that is the case and it will likely resolve your issue.
