Not having an answer to the OP's original question is so frustrating.  No Texas software is available for Partnerships STILL.  If Intuit advertises all 50 states and I pay almost $7,000/year for it, then the forms should be available and not have to do manual filings.  Even C corp forms were pushed back from 2/16 to 2/20 now on form availability screen.  Freakin pathetic....
