Automatic background updates happen that you don't even see, maybe there isnt anymore to get?

Top menu bar    Information > Logs > Updates    see when the last update was installed.

Tax returns are getting rejected because it says I need latest proseries update. But button is dead, doesn't even say "no updates for today..blahbla". I'm sure it will resolve itself...I've tried getting out, getting back in...ya know the drill. I'm sure proseries will fix the glitch. Hoping they fix the Schedule 1-A issue to, glad I found the workaround, F6 is my best friend now!

Try refresh updates then update installed products
