My client said he uploaded 2 documents into the portal but I do not see them. I told him to just upload them again -- can he just click "Add more documents" and then add them in. It's hard to know the specific steps he needs to take as I am on this end of the portal and I'm sure what he is seeing is not the same as what I am seeing! Alternatively, if I click "Add Request" on my end, can I just type in the forms I need and he can upload them there?

first on the left side is the year - make sure you are in 2025 - you can switch to other years and see if they uploaded it under the wrong year.
If you still can't find it you can add requests for the information and send it to client - hopefully they will then attach it to your request line item

Meanwhile, while I was looking in other years to see if he put his documents in the wrong year, I found a different client who is putting his 2025 docs into the 2023 year!! LoL Good thing I was looking I guess, although I did see his name pop up on the righthand side of the screen "Client Activity" so I guess I would've found it anyway!
