I have been able to print the IT-201 and most schedules except the authorization and the IT-2.  On the IT-201 page right click and choose print.  The total IT-201 will print with a watermark "Do Not Mail etc".  In adobe I am adding the Clients name the figures needed and printing that separately.  It is labor intensive but it is getting the job done.  The date has been move to 2/12 now so whatever works I'll use.
