The primary goal here is to allow us to print the forms so they can be provided to our clients for review and acceptance. Since these forms are approved for e-file, they are not being mailed to the state agency, which makes client copies essential.

We agree that applying a watermark to avoid confusion is a reasonable solution. However, completely disabling printing when e-file is allowed creates a significant operational issue. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible, and more importantly, it must be addressed in a way that is allowable for future years so we do not face the same problem again in 2026.

Please ensure this issue is escalated to the appropriate teams immediately and that printing access is restored as soon as possible. The current limitation is negatively impacting a large number of preparers, disrupting workflows, and costing firms potential business and credibility with clients.

We appreciate prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a timely resolution.
