I found a way to get the data in 2025 without having to re enter it. I went to the common folder in 2025 directory and changed the name of the SHRFRM25 file to SHRFRM25OLD. Then I went into the common folder in the 2024 directory and found the SHRFRM24 file. I copied it and pasted it in the common folder in 2025 and changed the name to SHRFRM25. I closed Proseries  and reopened it and the information was in the preparer info as well as the EFIN info.

Seems this work around worked.
