Have you ever asked a question of that bot?   It keeps telling you to ask a question it can answer, and keeps offering you questions to ask, none of which are of any interest to you.  There are better AI bots, but the worst part of a poor one like Intuit's  is that they will never let you go, never pass you on to a human.
