I have had Proseries Individual Complete for many years now.  I know how to download and install all I the products that I need.

This Year 1040NR hasn't being downloaded and it is not an option on my Homebase View.

I have updated the program almost every day and I have tried the download it (1040NR) several times in the last month. I have also called the support number but at least the ladies that answered my calls do not know how to handle this.

I see that the first day to file 1040NR and be able to print 1040NR  02/04/2026 but is there a day for the release of the whole installation or my program has a problem that requires a technician to fix?
