tRYING TO OPEN TAX YEAR 2024 CLIENTS TO TRANSFER. RECEIVE A MESSAGE UNABLE TO READ DATA, ERRO CODE 10265. i CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND STARTED AGAIN AND RECEIVE THE SAME MESSAGE,
INSTALL PRO SERIES TOOL HUD TO FIX THE ERROR, SAME RESULTS.

Precious technical support reinstall 2024 tax software and copy the old file. The reinstall fixed the error. Contact techs support for guidance. Very helpful, professional.
