Hi @grandpaalb Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for posting in the Community. We understand how frustrating it can be when an installation that is expected to be quick ends up taking much longer than anticipated.

While most updates and installs complete smoothly, sometimes they can be affected by environmental factors such as antivirus or security software, background scans, pending system updates, or other programs running during the install. Even so, we recognize how disruptive it is when additional troubleshooting is needed, and we appreciate your patience while working with Tech Support.

We are glad to hear the 2025 ProSeries Basic program is now successfully installed.
