Alright so this one is kind of a tough one, but I'll try to explain. My old boss/partner was the registered accountant with intuit and the 2FA goes through a cell phone number which has since been shut off. (He passed last tuesday). I know the login info and I can access the email he used, but obviously no phone. Well i called intuit today to see if because I payed the license fee for the year, over 6k, if I could get a refund because it wouldn't be used not even once. She said I sent you an email, read it and call us back if you need too, well it was talking about transferring a business, and needing letters, and articles of incorporation, and whatnot. On top of that, if I can get them to agree to a full/partial refund, thats was payed for on a credit card that is now closed...I know this 12 problems in 1 but i could really use that 6k and i was supposed to get payed back as he made money this year.
