Same thing happened to me. I was so frustrated with increases every year that I went to crosslinks/myonlinetaxoffice/my myprotax. All the same co. I got the worst tax program ever. And now I want to switch there's no tax program that can transfer my clients due to many glitches. So now I'm stuck on what to do.
