I have a client where I file Initial return (Single not dependents) and it went smooth.

After submitted the first return, Client comeback and want it to change it to a HOH and 2 dependents as he realized he had Both child under his care for more than six months. (Partner was OK with this decision)

Proceeded to file an amended return, IRS denied amended return for this reason (Unable to verify withholding) Check IRS transcripts and in fact the Income was not reported into the IRS Account.

Did a second emended return and attached W-2 form and still was rejected the second time for same reason.

Not sure how to fallow, any help will be very much appreciated.
