Installed ProSeries Professional (2024) to do one Form 990, Federal and California. Taxpayer FYE was 06/30/25, with Extension due 11/17/25.  Install appears to work fine, login (2-stage verification) works, and the main program window opens.  Problem is that the window is very small (unable to resize it), and as soon as I click "Yes" to "Transfer previous year files", the program locks up completely.  The only way out is to close it down through the Ctrl/Alt/Del sequence.  Has anyone experienced a similar/identical (probably) installation issue? ...
