ive used an external drive for 3 years now with only last year some issues cropping up with where the software wants to put files.  its part of my data security plan, unpluggin the drive when i'm done workiing on one of the 140 returns i do, its a hobby more than a business.  i'd like to continue that method but very hard to find detailed instructions on what to name the files such as "new folder", which was the problem folder last year.   Baswin25 is an easy choice
