As I said, this is a desktop program, not an online cloud program.

Yes, a flash drive would work.

However, be aware that unless the computers and data files are networked, what happens on her computer will NOT show up on other computers (for example, if she transfers a file and starts working on a return, that will ONLY be on her computer and will NOT show up on your computer).  If you need everything to show up on both computers, you will need a network setup or host ProSeries to a third-party hosting company.
