Did you add the client data files to her computer, or are the client data files on a network with her computer looking at the network folder for the data files?

This isn't an online program; it is a desktop program.  You need to have the data files accessible to her computer (either directly on her computer or via a network and you have her ProSeries program directed to the network folder to look for the data files).
