Where is that box that can be manually checked on the SD return? I don't even see that extension box on the printed SD return like there is on the IT-1040. I also don't see anything in any of the input screens in ProSeries Ohio module. The only thing I can find is in Part X - Extension status where you can mark boxes "yes or no" to the question "Has the tax return due date been extended for six months?"  The YES answers do NOT go to the OH/SD returns via e-filed returns per phone with a SD agent.
