I have been getting around this annoying ProSeries policy by using the override function to manually enter the information on the Form 760-PMT, then printing it as a stand alone form.

However, beginning today, my ProSeries program crashes every time I attempt to do this print job.  This is incredibly annoying.  I am impressed that ProSeries is taking every step imaginable to prevent us tax preparers from printing these payment forms ....
