We are trying to install the current version of DMS on a Windows 11 PC.  This is a firm which has many years of tax information in ProSeries and DMS and we are now installing these as networked products instead of standalone.  ProSeries 2024 is already installed and working on this PC.

When we try start DMS, it hangs.  When we force-close the window, DMS presents its Password prompt and a pop-up that says "Intuit Entitlement Client v5.0 not installed."

From reading online, we downloaded ProSeries Tool Hub and ran the ProSeries Component Repair Tool.  It ran successfully until it errored on "Repairing Intuit Entitlement Components..." and "Repairing Intuit Entitlement Components 2019...", failing each of these with "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."

What steps should I take to resolve this?  Thanks in advance.
