I already e-filed W-2 and 1099 NEC forms for my clients from beginning of this year 2025, last Friday I found out over 40 companies (my clients' files disappeared), I cannot view the forms that I already E-filed, I was spending my time with C.S.R ( Tech. Supports) over 2 hours, still not sold that issue until now.

Today, it's still the same, one tech. support told me to contact to the IRS, another said that's out of their control, and another said I need to wait more than 4 weeks, ....O.M.G, I pay for the service that brings me more struggles, frustrates, and very disappointed this year.

I was asking her to transfer me to Sales department or another Tech. Support...she said there're no any one or any departments to transfer😠  good customer services🤔

Does any one have the same issue? What should I do?

Hi @kiminsurancetax Thank you for bringing this to the community. It’s clear how important access to these files is, and how concerning it can be when that access is unexpectedly disrupted—especially after the time you've spent trying to resolve it. 

 

From what you’ve described, one potential cause we see in similar cases is the use of different login credentials than those originally used when the forms were e-filed. Is there any possibility that this is happening?  If Quick Employer Forms is accessed with alternate credentials, prior-year forms won’t appear, and they also won’t transfer to the current year’s business/forms list.
