ditto on Peacemaker Ironman, but to add my 2cents.  Mental illness is a strong label to throw around, either just for not checking efile verification, but also on a client without a diagnosis of narcissism personality disorder (NPD), as Google AI told me.  If a client is upset because the IRS says it wasn't filed, no big deal, you prove it was.  Dr Rob wanted to "retrieve a record for both the original filing attempt..."   Is there some reason the IRS has no record of it, possible the return was efiled and rejected originally?  Hope Dr Rob closes the case and doesn't mind obliging our curiosity!  (Curiosity is not a CPD I hope!)
