Mr Cooley is up in years and just recently retired from his tax preparation business.  He was in the first graduating class from Yale.  He also proudly served his country in the Revolutionary war and came back to proudly serve under General Grant in the Civil War. He tried to serve his country during World War I but couldn't pass his physical due to his wooden leg.  The wooden leg was the result of a cannonball shattering his leg at Gettysburg.  Due to his age and service history we all accept when he sometimes loses some of his filtering abilities when he posts here.
