Glad to see this is being worked on, but a new wrinkle has now come up.

I went to import and got a new error. "Unable to import this client, because "Legal business name" is missing. I checked the client's info in QBO and the check box for Same as company name was marked. Uncheck the box and write in the name, and it default backs to the check box. Added a comma to the legal name to before the LLC in this particular client, and same error. Dropped the LLC, same error. This is all over a 15–20-minute span so it should have updated on QBO before I attempted the import again. Unless there is another area in QBO then the account settings where this change should be made or where ProSeries is looking for the info.

It looks like there needs to be a work around for this on the ProSeries side, or you need to reach out to QBO to have them change the way that defaults if entering information into the text field.
