I get same message; I did talk with a higher level person who emailed me a ".dll" file that was suppose to help. It did not.

I have been on phone with support for approx 50 hours the past 8 months. It was random at first now its 100% error.

I changed settings in chrome and nothing changed.

I'm at my wits end.
