Sorry maybe my question wasn't clear enough.  In a previous reply, they talked about some checkbox that allowed Proseries to stop having an e-filing error because they checked that they were going to mail it with Form 8453.  I agree that I'm going to try and file it with it attached as a PDF, but ProSeries is giving me an error regardless because the 1310 auto-populates and cannot be deleted.  The instructions for the 1310 clearly state that you don't fill it out if it's an original return and it's a court-appointed rep, but as noted in this thread, ProSeries doesn't seem to follow that instruction.  Was just looking for if anyone found a viable work around.  Thanks!
