We have one user profile that all of a sudden cannot transmit a return. We have ran updates, refreshed updates, and rebooted. We have also logged this user onto another computer and get the same "Return not transmitted" error. This is happening on multiple returns. We have opened the returns and ran error check with no errors found. What could have caused this? Should we delete this user and set them up again? It's not even a new user. It seems like something has changed but we cannot figure out what.
