Dear Brenda,

This forum is 99.9% populated by fellow software users.  And we have NO control over perceived software errors.  There is a 'suggestion box' where ideas for changes you'd like to see can be posted.  Altho the response rate by Intuit to any/most ideas posted there die of a long, long death with no action by the PTB. 

If you are lucky, a PS user from MA might wander by with some answers to your issues.
