Wanted to give you update. 

1) If change printer to pdf printer = it does create a report so it gets that far, and then it does allow to print pdf file and then can view on pdf and print onto a printer., and then can print from that pdf to the same printer as was originally noted as default. 

2) Changed default printer to a different printer, and again, creates a report, and then can print to that printer. 

So, it has something to do with FAM and the printer direct - it is a HP LaserJet Pro 3001dw.  Can you ask someone that is familiar with the setups in FAM, such that maybe the new printers will not be working with FAM?  Your company should know about this before we layer in Windows 11.  Let me know what you find., at least I can print to pdf then print to printer for now.  (Note:  PDF is not the default, yet it does work).
