Wanted you to be aware: 

1) Tested Each FAM file - all do the same - print invalid, no reports. 

2) Tested printer - works on Proseries, can print report. , Just not FAM. 

3) Tested FAM 2023 files - same invalid report - Worked in Sept 2024/ April 2024. 

What is the print drive file name? Would the print drive be the same being used regardless of version, ie why 2023 or 2024 doesn't work?  

Would the Proseries Tool Hub print function be something one can use on FAM? 

https://ftpfp.proseries.com/pub/proseries/toolhub/proseriestoolhub_setup.exe is the file to download, here is what my security on pc states: proserieshub_setup.exe was blocked because this type of file can harm your device, so unsure to download?
