Of course, then we have to give them the vouchers and the pre-addressed envelopes.
There was a problem with the autopay feature about five years ago or so and I completely stayed away from it for about three years. But with no one complaining here about missed payments the last few years, I started using it again. Unlike Lisa, I specifically do NOT use it for my elderly clients, thinking they will die before the end of the year and I'll have more work and I'll need an act of Congress then to stop the payment. They get paper vouchers (with pre-addressed envelopes).
I haven't had anyone contact me...yet...about a payment not taken out but maybe I will have to rethink this for next year.
