I have a similar situation.  Taxpayer is claiming a child listed on a marketplace policy owned by the ex-spouse.  Taxpayer is claiming 0% of it, the ex-spouse claimed 100%.  If I understand correctly, the taxpayer enters all the ex-spouse's 1095-A information as if it's his own on the 1095-A entry form, then allocates 0 on the shared policy allocation worksheet.  If this is correct, the Form 1095-A entry form asks who owns this policy, the taxpayer or spouse.  The answer is neither (it's owned by the ex-spouse), but the Form 1095-A entry page is requiring an answer.  Maybe I am doing it wrong from the beginning.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for reading.
