Yes. I'd recommend going ahead and paying for the returns and then get Intuit to reimburse you. That is what I finally did.
They only have two techs; and it took them over two weeks to help me. I paid out over $1,500 to get the returns out, and my payment method did get credited for what I spent.
It was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never figured out what the software problem was in my case.
