Thanks Bill and others.  I am aware of Intuit's support problems via my experience with QuickBooks.  I expect ProSeries to be equally as poor.  That said, if the software is easy to use and more importantly ACCURATE and complete, I will likely make the change.  I and others are very disappointed at the downhill slide that Drake support has experienced and, while I can quickly prepare returns on it because I have used it for something over a decade, it is holding my firm and some others that I support back.
