This is now the second year that the Personal Allowance Worksheet has calculation errors in Part VI and Part VII.

-  Part VI, Line 3 value that is supposed to represent the Estimated future withholding per paycheck should be calculated by dividing Part IV, Line 5 (Tax Remaining to be Withheld) by Part V, Line 2 (Number of paychecks not yet received in 2025).  The current calculation is unknown as it refers to nothing.

- The W-4 calculated by the Personal Allowance Worksheet is also calculating incorrect values as it seems to only calculate correct values if there is a need for withholding additional federal tax.  The calculator fails if the taxpayer needs to withhold less federal tax.  (This was based upon the same personal allowance worksheet values being calculated in the IRS Tax Withholding Calculator (https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-withholding-estimator)

I highly recommend using the IRS Calculator for W-4's until Intuit decides to fix the Personal Allowance Worksheet and W-4 Calculator.  If you're having the same problem please like this post or add to it as it seems all Intuit recognizes is mass dissatisfaction and uprising.
