Hi,
I have a client who received a W-2 with Medicaid Waiver payments reported in Boxes 1 and 2. The entire amount qualifies under Notice 2014-7. How can I exclude the Box 1 amount so she can get her withheld money back? When I enter it on Schedule 1, Line 8 as Other Income, it prevents electronic filing. Could you help me with this?
