HELP!!  Hello Proseries, if anyone out there is listening: You really must address this issue ASAP!! The CA Form 3804-CR line 4 is not using the correct amount when there are multiple credits being taken on form CA resident form 540. The correct amount of credit is being taken on page 1 Line 44 in the tax credit section, but form3804-CR Line 4 is showing they are using a lower amount, resulting in an incorrect carryover to 2025. And there is no way to override or fix it. I sent a sanitized file on 2/27/25 after 2 hours on the phone with your rep. Is any one working on this??? I don't have time to call again and explain the situation again!
