In Kansas City MO anyone who files a Schedule C has to Efile from RD-108 and attach a Schedule C or RD-108B to the form. I have 3 issues that I have encountered with the form using ProSeries Basic

1. RD-108 and RD-108B do not self-populate the information from the Schedule C 

2. When I have RD-108 and RD-108B in my return and try and print the 1040 and everything attached to it the only thing that will print is the client letter. This includes if I try and create a PDF of the 1040 the only thing that is created is the client letter.

3. How am I to be 100% sure that if I e-file this through ProSeries that Kansas City actually receives it.
